The hour is getting late and we’ve had a big day here. Rocky’s daughter, Holly, and family came for the day and we had a nice meal and good visit together. The weather is absolutely perfect. No humidity, cool temps for June and the livin’ is easy.

The weekend was quiet. The first weekend after Rocky has his chemo is a bummer. He feels so tired and yukky but they tell us if he didn’t feel that way the chemo wouldn’t be doing it’s job. So with the good CEA numbers we’ve enjoyed, there has to be some pay-back. Nothing good ever comes without a price.

Tomorrow he goes for a stress test to make sure the two prior heart attacks have not compromised his recovery. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Lewandowski were both concerned enough that we are to have a “look see” about it and in the morning we go for that. I’ll give a report on the findings when we get back home.

We’re closing shop here tonight and going to get comfy until news time……then off to bed for an early start in the morning. We hope you are all having a great week where you are and we’ll be talking to you soon.
